Glenhyrst Art Gallery is calling for proposals to create a sculpture to commemorate the Walter Gretzky parking spot at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. The selected artist(s) will be awarded $10,000 (including HST, if applicable) and the sculpture will become the property of The Corporation of the City of Brantford.

The Grand River Arts Festival, which is set to take place on September 16, 2023, is now accepting submissions for its 10-Minute Play Competition. This competition invites playwrights to submit their plays for consideration, with selected entries given the opportunity to compete for cash prizes. The festival is looking for plays that are 10 minutes or less and feature no more than four actors.
