Canadian Tire Jumpstart is proud to present a free, virtual program to help keep girls in sport by showcasing eight unique sports for them to try and learn.
Every Tuesday and Thursday over the course of the next 4 weeks, Jumpstart Play From Home: Girls in Sport! will share activities at 12:00pm ET. Do you have a passion for sports knowledge and its history in Brantford, the County of Brant, Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation? The Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition Executive Committee has openings for six (6) volunteer members.
- Two volunteers to complete the second and third year of a three year term, expiring December 31, 2023
- One volunteer to complete a term of three years expiring December 31, 2024

The Grand River Council on Aging (GRCOA) will be joining Canadians across the country on September 18, 2021 in The Grand Parade. This 1-5 km virtual walk-a-thon is in support and celebration of older individuals and they would love for you to join them.
