Do you have a passion for sports knowledge and its history in Brantford, the County of Brant, Six Nations of the Grand River and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation?  The Brantford and Area Sports Hall of Recognition Executive Committee has openings for six (6) volunteer members.

Executive Committee

  1. Two volunteers to complete the second and third year of a three year term, expiring December 31, 2023
  2. One volunteer to complete a term of three years expiring December 31, 2024

The Coaching Association of Canada presents its virtual 2021 Sport Leadership sportif (SLS21) conference from November 3-5, 2021 for three days of learning, networking and professional development with the leaders of the sport, education, and business communities in Canada. The 2021 Canada Sport Leadership sportif conference, in partnership with Petro-Canada, is presented with the theme: Let’s Reignite Sport.

Brantford’s newest outdoor recreational activity is ready to help you reach great heights. Ascension Climbing Centre's Grand Opening is this Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00p.m. RSVP to attend their Grand Opening.

The Grand River Council on Aging (GRCOA) will be joining Canadians across the country on September 18, 2021 in The Grand Parade. This 1-5 km virtual walk-a-thon is in support and celebration of older individuals and they would love for you to join them.
