Safe Travels Protocols and Stamp For Travel and Tourism Industries

The World Travel & Tourism Council compiled guidelines of health and safety protocols to assist eleven Travel & Tourism industries with recovery by encouraging alignment within each industry and building consumer confidence. These industries include Hospitality, Attractions, Outdoor Retail, Aviation, Airports, Short Term Rentals, Cruise, Tour Operators, Convention Centres and MICE, Car Rental and Insurance.

The Safe Travels protocols consist of four pillars:

The team at the Brantford Visitor & Tourism Centre is looking forward to welcoming guests back into the Tim Hortons Community Room starting October 1, 2020. The meeting room features approximately 500 square feet of adaptable space with tables and chairs, audiovisual equipment and a podium. Guidelines for rentals have been updated with increased health and safety protocols in response to COVID-19.
