As September approaches, so does Orange Shirt Day, a day that commemorates the residential school experience, witnesses and honours the healing journey of the Survivors and their families, and commits to the ongoing process of reconciliation.

We are having a hot summer in Brantford, which means we all need a little more help keeping cool. The reopening of many pools in Brantford were delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the City’s response to try to slow the spread of infection. We are now pleased to share that the 65m and 25m pools at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre have now reopened, with enhanced safety measures.
