Anybody else living on a caffeine drip these days? The sun is finally out, and hopefully here to stay!  We live in a beautiful bloomin’ city full of gorgeous displays of flowers, sprawling parks, over 70 kms of natural trails, and The Grand River—a designated heritage river.  As we say hello to summer, it’s a great time to adventure outdoors and nurture your physical and mental health.
