Trail users can look for the signs posted on the kilometre markers along the trail between Hardy Road and River Road, located behind notable tourism destinations in Brantford including: Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant, Waterworks Park, Earl Haig Family Fun Park and Brant’s Crossing. Each sign includes a unique QR code to be scanned using a smartphone to gain access to free curated playlists featuring local artists.
Artist Call for Trail Mix 2026
The City of Brantford is inviting local musicians from Brantford, the County of Brant, and Six Nations of the Grand River to submit up to three original songs to be considered for inclusion in the 2026 iteration of Trail Mix. The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Selected musicians will be paid $50 per song. Apply online.
