- For your next stop, head downtown Brantford for a cozy lunch at From Scratch Café Bistro. Their menu changes every week, so there is always something new to try and so many reasons to come back. - Next, grab your skates and head over to Harmony Square for outdoor skating in the square! Harmony Square is located in the heart of the city’s downtown. It provides a beautiful backdrop for many local businesses, including unique shops and restaurants, and sits across from the historic Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts. Skating runs daily from 10:00am-10:00pm in winter months, typically December – March (weather permitting) so it’s always a good idea to check skating is open before you go.
- Before your next stop, head to Altitude Coffee Roasters Cafe and pick up a festive warm beverage to sip on while you go take in the beautiful light display at Glenhyrst Art Gallery. - Now that you have your warm festive drink it’s time to head over to the Glenhyrst Art Gallery for their 11th annual event, Brantford Lights at Glenhyrst. This fun event runs from December 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024. The lights are on nightly from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (with the exception of Opening Night, December 1st, when lights turn on at 7:00 pm).
