Brantford's Classic 50s style Ice Cream Shop

Dairee Delite, located at 10 King George Road, has been delighting Brantford with delicious frozen treats for more than 70 years. Offering an array of cones, sundaes, flurries, frozen yogurt, ice cream cakes and more, they also have some delicious vegan and dairy-free products too. 

While you're waiting in line for your ice cream, you may notice a plaque in the front window that reads: This ice cream stand was originally built on the corner of Brant Avenue and Bedford Street in 1953 and by 1965 it was moved to King George Road and set up in the Brantford Mall parking lot. Before moving to its present location, it was won and lost in two high stakes poker games, the second win resulting in its move to its present location. 

Their extensive menu boasts a wide variety of treats to choose from including traditional ice cream cones, frozen yogurt, flurries and sundaes with modern twists. Fancy a dipped cone? You have your choice of nine different flavours. Cool drinks such as milkshakes, floats, smoothies, slushies, fruit freezes and icebergs are available in a wide variety of flavours too. Delites are the house special and come in fan-favourite flavours like Oreo, Reese, Smarties, Peanut Butter, and many more.
