Offering contactless takeout and super simple online ordering system, this restaurant has pivoted from their original iPad ordering system and all-you-can-eat menu, to continue to offer delicious meals that satisfy your Japanese food craving. The menu includes a variety of soups and salad, tempura dishes, and small bites like skewered okra, coconut shrimp, beef, chicken and pork skewers, and edamame, which is steamed soybeans topped with salt that you eat out of the pod.
They also offer an extensive menu of maki (rolls) that include many vegetarian and non-raw options. Some of their popular rolls include M16, Las Vegas, Spicy Salmon, Mango Crab, and Avocado-Cucumber.Local tip: Don’t missed their “Torched” maki menu. These rolls are lightly seared, giving the fish a delicious, smoky flavour.
If you’re not sure if you’d like sushi, a great way to dabble in the flavours is to try one of their Bento Boxes. These sectioned trays are great for kids or anyone who enjoys tapas-style food, and include hot and cold foods like maki, tempura, spring rolls, and teriyaki.
On Monday through Friday before 3pm, they offer three pick up only lunch specials. Order their Regular Roll + Special Roll Combo ($12), Any Three Regular Maki Roll Combo ($10), or if maki isn’t your think, choose their Lunch Teriyaki Meal with chicken, beef, sirloin beef with mushroom, salmon, or vegetable plus a drink ($9).
