The Ontario 55+ Summer Games have a storied history, with the inaugural edition taking place in 1986 under the name 'Activefest' in the City of Kitchener. Since then, the event has flourished into a dynamic showcase of talent, sportsmanship, and the joys of staying active well into one's golden years.
