Blessings Eatery is one of those incredible locally owned restaurants that loves their community, and the deliciousness of their food clearly reflects this. This restaurant offers both Chinese and Japanese food and is well known for their excellent customer service from their multi-generational family of staff, and huge menu that can please even the most discerning (or picky!) palates. Touted by locals as “best in town” and “one of my absolute favourite places to order,” if you’re looking for takeout or delivery, this place is not to be missed.
If you’re a fan of Chinese food, consider getting a few dishes to share with your family. We recommend the Crabmeat Cheese Wontons and Chicken Spring Rolls to start, then add a Sweet & Sour dish, a Fried Rice dish, and a beef, pork or chicken dish to round out your meal. They also offer a variety of Family Dinners for two to five people, and you’ll be sure to have lots of leftovers for lunch the next day!
We recommend trying out their Japanese menu as well. Some of the local favourites include the Yummy Yummy Roll, with shrimp tempura and avocado, topped with spicy crunchy crab; and the Sweet Heat, filled with spicy tuna, avocado, and mango inside and topped with salmon and the Chef’s special sauce. They also offer beautiful party trays and hot entrees, like chicken, salmon or shrimp teriyaki.
Blessings Eatery is located at 185 King George Road, Brantford. Their hours are Monday through Wednesday from 11am to 10pm; Thursday and Friday from 11am to 10pm; Saturday from 12pm to 11pm and Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.
