Allow us to enlighten you on the history behind the name Fume RestoBar.  Fume is Greek for smoked, and RestoBar is used often in Mediterranean, South American countries, and California to describe a high quality hybrid restaurant/bar.  At this Brantford locale, you can expect eye pleasing dishes that include smoked and traditionally prepared ingredients from family recipes at an affordable price.  Their house made tzatziki is a must try to accompany your favourite dish!   

This intimate and rustic location features a variety of seating options of booths, high top tables, benches, and a seasonal outdoor patio. Fume RestoBar is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday.  They also offer a weekend brunch, special holiday menus, food & drink specials, and live music events.  The attentive staff would be happy to help suggest one of their available local wines, spirits, and craft beers to pair with any meal.

It seems quite fitting that this “homey” RestoBar, designed to help you feel comfortable and relaxed, is in Brantford’s Homedale neighborhood.  This quiet neighborhood is bordered on three sides by The Grand River and has several walking and biking trail entrances that you could take advantage of before or after your visit to Fume.
