Taking the stage at 7 p.m. is the Summer of ’69 Bryan Adams tribute band. Enjoy the sound, energy and excitement this band brings as they passionately reproduce hits like ‘Run to You’, ‘Summer of ‘69’ and ‘Everything I Do’. At 8:30 p.m. the Practically Hip will hit the stage to keep you rocking. You will think you are listening to Gord Downie as you enjoy the songs, rants and stories which the Tragically Hip are best known for.
This free family friendly event takes place on Saturday August 13th in Harmony Square located at 89 Dalhousie St. from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. A perfect venue with beautifully maintained flower beds, benches, fountain and plenty of room to spread out. Bring a lawn chair or blanket….this amazing concert meant to showcase Canadian music promises to energize and entertain audiences of all ages.
