Celebrate Halloween season in Brantford with pumpkin picking, haunted hayrides, corn mazes, and more.
Prepare to be scared by the ghouls of Ghost Encounters - Haunted Hayride and Barn - Brantwood Farms. Now in its 31st year, this event is in support of Participation Support Services and runs from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. on October 18, 19, 25 and 26. Enjoy spooky haunted hayrides ($15), the haunted barn ($10), haunted corn maze ($10), or purchase passes to all three attractions for $30. Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site. Cash and card accepted.
Get ready for a night of family-friendly Halloween fun at this free drive-in movie event at Lynden Park Mall (corner of the parking lot that faces Lynden Road and Wayne Gretzky Parkway) on Friday, October 18. Enjoy a double feature under the stars including Hotel Transylvania (6 p.m. tentatively) and Ghostbusters (8 p.m. tentatively). Enjoy free popcorn, water, and soft drinks throughout the night. No tickets needed, just show up and enjoy.

Don't miss Myrtleville House Museum's 4th annual Halloween Haunt on October 26 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Test your bravery in the haunted historic house, wander through the pumpkin patch, and enjoy the kids zone with games and activities! This is a free event is held in partnership with the Myrtleville/Mayfair Neighbourhood Association, though donations are encouraged. There will be no parking on site during the event. Please use street parking, or walk to Myrtleville House if you are able.
Play tricky games and get a free treat at the Bell Homestead's annual Halloween Fun Fair on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Make a free take-home craft and play fun Halloween-themed games. Enjoy yummy pumpkin spice shortbread samples while supplies last. Home baked goods and refreshments will be available for purchase at The Exchange Café.
