Celebrate your peers, and celebrate you at the first all-digital Ontario Tourism Summit on October 27 and 28, 2020. Each year, tourism industry leaders come together at the Ontario Tourism Summit to learn about revenue growth, support their local tourism industry, and celebrate excellence.
This year’s Ontario Tourism Summit (#OTS20) will tell the story of an industry recovering, led by exceptional leaders, and will show the world why Ontario is a global-leading tourism destination. You will learn about best practices and tools from every part of Ontario’s tourism industry that will benefit your business now and during the recovery period. You will also see a new shift that reflects that the industry has refocused efforts on hyperlocal tourism. Learn about the importance of supporting backyard tourism, supporting your community, and highlighting local recovery efforts.
Knowing that industry professionals are very busy, this conference is offered in two half days, allowing you to still be able to focus on your business each day. Day 1 topics include: Collaboration & Resiliency; Diversity & Responsibility; Accessibility in Tourism; and Ensuring Sustainability While Rebuilding. Day 2 focuses on hyperlocal tourism with sessions that will teach you how to pivot to embrace growth in a new landscape, and discover the impact on visitor and resident spending on the local tourism industry.
Tickets for small businesses are $100 (up to 5 attendees) and $250 for an organization (up to 5 attendees).
For a full program of speakers and ticket options, visit the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario’s website.
The Tourism Brantford team will be attending this year’s conference; we can’t wait to see some of our local, friendly partners online later this month!
