Purchase a make your own Roman pizza kit and have fun creating your own masterpiece by following their instructions and using your own fridge and pantry ingredients. Mercasa founder and executive chef Tom Mercante started in the kitchen at a very young age, working alongside his mother, both at home and in their family restaurant in Downtown Brantford. Tom and his family’s annual trips to Italy fuel his culinary passion, and trips around the world inspire him to try new recipes and foods. Preparing Italian Cuisine and the traditional Roman Style pizza for his Brantford Community has always been his dream.
