The Grand River Arts Festival returns this September

Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant will host the 2nd annual Grand River Arts Festival on September 20 and 21, 2024 at Glenhyrst Gardens.

The Grand River Arts Festival is a celebration and exhibition of visual arts, music, and theatre. The event will include 50+ exhibiting artists who will sell their works, 16 theatre performances participating in the 10-Minute Play Competition, The Grand Impressionists painting competition, Brantford Potter’s Guild sale in the Gardener’s Cottage, performance art by Big Cityyy Arts, food trucks and all-day musical performances on the main outdoor stage.

The event kicks off on Friday with the opening night event, which includes live musical performances by Miss Mae, The Blackburn Brothers. Special roving performance art by the Hamilton Aerial Group and an exclusive staging of Searching for Marceau by legendary Canadian mime performer Trevor Copp.
