Your guide to Brantford's 2022 Santa Claus Parade

The City of Brantford is pleased to announce the return of the Santa Claus Parade with presenting corporate sponsor, GrandBridge Energy on Saturday, November 26, 2022. If you’re planning on attending this year's Santa Claus Parade, here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure you and your family have the best experience.

Santa Claus Parade

The parade will make its way downtown on Dalhousie Street at 6:00 p.m. starting at Stanley Street and ending at Harmony Square where the annual Parade After Party will begin.  The public is encouraged to line the streets early to save a spot for optimal viewing. View the Parade Route Map.

The Brantford Food Bank will be walking the parade route collecting non-perishable food items and monetary donations. Watch for volunteers pushing shopping carts. For your safety, please do not go into the street with your donation. Stay seated at the side of the route and they will come to you for collection. Parade After Party

Don't miss the Parade After Party at Harmony Square, following the Santa Claus Parade. Harmony Squirrel will kick-off the holiday season with the tree lighting ceremony. Families of all ages will enjoy the night with several free holiday activities, including:

• Free take-home photos with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus
• Meet and greet with The Grinch and Cindy Loo Who
• Meet and greet with The Rose Princess
• Free hot chocolate donated by Tim Hortons and carnival treats
• Live holiday music performed by Jacob D’Souza on the Bell Stage
• Mini Ferris Wheel Ride
• Doug the Great

Parking is free in the municipal parking garage located at 59 Icomm Drive.
