The Brantford-Brant Business Resource Enterprise Centre (BRC) has received a $15,000 grant from Digital Main Street Ontario for a Digital Service Squad (DSS) to help Brantford small businesses use digital technologies to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

September’s Featured Artist is Nicole Alexander, a self-taught Visual Artist from Brantford, who specializes in the mediums of oil, acrylic and watercolour that reflect a unique Afro-Caribbean vibe.
Alexander grew up in the two-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago drawing on walls and doodling all over her school notes. She came to Canada for many visits during the summer months, eventually moving here at the age of 16 to complete her grade 13 and later her Bachelor of Science degree at York University.
